Privacy Policy

Brandtrust Digital (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in Nairobi, Kenya. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address (if provided), business details (such as your business name for a free audit), and the services or packages you’re interested in, when you fill in a form or use our website assistant.
Campaign information: which page you visited and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign it came from. We use this to understand which marketing works.
Analytics data (only if enabled): if we switch on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag, they collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
To provide the services you order from us.
To send you marketing emails, only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We process your data based on your consent, to take steps you’ve asked for before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate business interests, as allowed by the Data Protection Act.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and form hosting provider, WhatsApp (when you message us), our email platform, and Meta, Google or LinkedIn if analytics is enabled. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by our email platform. Some of these providers store data outside Kenya. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep proper business records. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

be informed about how your data is used;
access the personal data we hold about you;
object to the processing of your data, including for marketing;
ask us to correct inaccurate data; and
ask us to delete data that is false, misleading or no longer needed.

To use any of these rights, email info@brandtrust.digital. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

Browser storage and cookies

This website saves a few small preferences in your browser, such as the items you’ve added to your order on the pricing page. If analytics is enabled, Google, Meta and LinkedIn may also set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. Our service pages also show an embedded Google Map, which may set Google cookies.
